Rubio's announces third quarter conference call

CARLSBAD, Calif. — Rubio's Restaurants Inc. will host a conference call on Nov. 5 at 2 p.m. Pacific time to discuss third quarter 2008 results. The company will release earnings at the close of market the same day.
The conference call will be broadcast live over the Internet atwww.rubios.com. A recording of the conference call will also be available atwww.earnings.comfor one year after the date of the call.
