Robeks rolls out smoothie bowls

Robeks stores across the country are launching a new product that combines both frozen and yogurt. Smoothie Bowls are now available at Robeks stores across the country. The bowls feature hard-pack yogurt blended with fruit juice and whole fruit. The result is product that includes bits of mango, pineapple, strawberry, peach or other fruit.

Smoothie Bowls have the same nutritional benefits of Robeks smoothies and promote additional healthy advantages when nutritional boosts are added. The proprietary boosts aid in exercise recovery, brain, heart and lung function, weight loss and immunity protection.

Available in most of the smoothie flavors currently on the Robeks menu, Smoothie Bowls range from tropical blends like Mahalo Mango and Pina Koolada, to exotic smoothies such as the Acai Energizer and the Naturally Coffee and Green Tea smoothies.

San Diego-based Robeks franchise owner Dennis Sato created the Smoothie Bowls concept in the spring while experimenting with different combinations of hard pack yogurt, fruit and juice.
