R.J. Brunelli & Co. working with 3 fast casuals in New Jersey

Retail leasing specialists R.J. Brunelli & Co. today announced that it will serve as real estate broker for New Jersey  fast casual chains,  BurgerFi, Corner Bakery Cafe and Tommy's Coal Fired Pizza. All three restaurants are seeking end-cap or freestanding pad locations with outdoor seating in lifestyle centers, power centers and other high-traffic locations in areas offering high daytime populations for lunch and a strong residential population for dinner and weekends.

BurgerFi, headquartered in North Palm Beach Fla., serves all-natural Angus burgers with a wide array of toppings, hand-cut fries, craft beers and wine in a modern urban setting, according to a company press release. Now in the process of opening its first New Jersey location in downtown New Brunswick, the company currently has 27 locations nationwide and expects to have 60 in operation by the end of the year. The chain requires spaces between 2,500 and 3,500 square feet, with a consumption liquor license. R.J. Brunelli is serving as the exclusive broker for all of New Jersey for BurgerFi master franchisee Mack Amin of Old Bridge.

Dallas-based Corner Bakery Cafe more than 150 company-owned and franchised locations in 14 states and Washington, D.C. Working on behalf of Warren, N.J.-based master franchisee Yum & Chill Restaurant Group, R.J. Brunelli & Company serves as exclusive broker for locations in Bergen, Hudson, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties. They are seeking locations with 3,600 to 4,000 square feet of space.

New Jersey-based Tommy's Coal Fired Pizza currently has three locations in Red Bank, Brick and Paramus. Along with a variety of specialty brick-oven pizzas, the chain serves wings, calzones, salads, and classic Italian dishes in a relaxed environment incorporating a bar. In its role as exclusive broker, R.J. Brunelli and Co. is seeking locations between 3,000 and 3,500 square feet throughout New Jersey. Liquor licenses are required.
