Ripe readying 2019 grand opening

Fast casual Ripe is prepping for the opening of its first location, in Delray Beach, Florida come spring, 2019.

Founded by Fit Foodz Café owner, Susan Klein, Ripe aims to delivery healthy and affordable meals customized to specific dietary and lifestyle needs.

The menu is a simplified, streamlined and scalable version of Fit Foodz Café, according to a press release.

The Ripe philosophy, stated the release, is making sure customers don't have to sacrifice the foods they love just to feel and look their best.
