Report: How to get ahead of beverage trends to increase profits

The restaurant industry is no longer defined by creative entrees and sides — beverages are pouring into the spotlight. In fact, they are now driving 45 percent of all restaurant visits, according to a report by The Coca-Cola Company, so it’s no surprise that brands are increasing their drink offerings in an effort to pad the bottom line. 
 
To help brands stay ahead of the trend, FastCasual has released the 2016 Beverage Trends report, said Cherryh Cansler, editor of FastCasual.
