Renamed Doc Green's expands menu

ATLANTA — Doc Green's Salads & Grill, formerly Doc Green's Gourmet Salads, has adopted a new moniker to reflect its additional menu options, which include signature salads, wraps and sandwiches.

Doc Green's has expanded its offering of signature salads to 10, including a new Dr. Grilled Veggie salad. Doc Green's offers a variety of wraps including a Thai Chicken Wrap and a Grilled Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wrap. Additionally, all salads at Doc Green's, signature or custom, can be made into a wrap. The restaurant also serves panini sandwiches, hot entrée options, soups and side dishes.

Doc Green's Salads & Grill, a subsidiary of Atlanta-based Raving Brands Inc., operates 17 locations in seven states, primarily in the Southeast.
