Raving Brands looks to corner Indy market

IndianapolisStar: Senior executives of Raving Brands have been in Indianapolis this summer, meeting with prospective franchise buyers for some of the company's restaurant concepts. Raving Brands operations include fast casuals Moe's Southwest Grill, Doc Green's Gourmet Salads, Shane's Rib Shack, Monkey Joe's, PJ's Coffee, Planet Smoothie, Mama Fu's Asian House, the Flying Biscuit Cafe and casual-dining Boneheads grilled fish.
