Rapid Fired lands in northern Kentucky
The Greater Cincinnati suburb of Florence, Kentucky, is the latest city to see a Rapid Fired Pizza open — this one squarely in the middle of the city's shopping mecca of Mall Road of busy Interstate 75, according to a news release.
"We are always looking for great locations like this that have easy access for local residents and area professionals," Kelly Gray, Rapid Fired Pizza co-founder and real estate director, said in a news release. "Our new online ordering system makes it easy to skip the line and have your freshly made pizza or salad ready when you walk in."
Franchisees Michael and Angie Casselman will operate the northern Kentucky site which has an outdoor patio and seats for 80 people. The brand also said it is rolling out a new "No Doh" pizza Jan. 1, which offers dieters a break on calories by either substituting a Parmesan crust or serving the topping on a bed of spinach, according to Rapid Fired spokesperson Sarah Felix.
