Raising Cane's promotes two

BATON ROUGE, La. — Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers has announced the promotions of Brad Sanders to chief development officer and Ian Vaughn to senior vice president of operations.
Sanders has been involved with Raising Cane's for more than eight years and led the design team that launched the first prototype restaurant for Raising Cane's. He officially joined the company in 2002 and has spearheaded the management and execution of the entire store design process for the growing brand.
In his new role as chief development officer, Sanders will oversee new business development, growth planning, real estate functions, store design and construction-related activities.
Vaughn has been with Raising Cane's for more than six years and has won several operator awards, including Nation's Restaurant News' "Top 50 GMs" in 2005. He has opened more than 28 restaurants as the director of new store openings.
As the senior vice president of operations, Vaughn will be responsible for daily operations of Raising Cane's company-owned restaurants. He also will lead operations support to franchise partners.
