Raising Cane's opens La. location

CENTRAL,La.—Louisiana's youngest city, the City ofCentral, welcomes its newest restaurant and a state favorite, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers.

Central, located in East Baton Rouge Parish, has been incorporated only since 2005.
