Questar VP to speak at Fast Casual Exec Summit

Attendees of the 2011 Fast Casual Executive Summit in Chicago will learn the importance of linking guest feedback scores to financial success and integrating feedback systems during a panel called "De-coding Multichannel Messages - Practical Uses for your Guest Feedback."

Questar Vice President Joe Stanton will lead the panel that will also include Marc Simon, CEO at Rubio's, David Marko, SVP of professional services at Clarabridge, and Collin Holmes, CEO at Chatmeter.

The Summit, sponsored by FastCasual.com and running Oct. 23-25, brings together a select group of top executives from the fast casual segment to further establish best practices through peer collaboration and executive education. These sessions are designed to foster the exchange of ideas and innovations covering the industry's top strategic issues.
