Qdoba Mexican Grill will celebrate the grand opening of its 600th restaurant in Roseville, Mich., on Feb. 6. To celebrate the milestone, the restaurant, which officially opened for business Jan. 30, will give out Qdoba Rewards cards preloaded with one free entrée each to the first 600 guests who make a purchase on Feb. 6. The free entrees can then be used on a future visit at a participating Qdoba Detroit location.
Also on Feb. 6, all greater Detroit-area Qdoba restaurants will give customers a free order of handmade chips and signature 3-Cheese Queso with their purchase of an entrée. Guests need to simply mention the offer at the register to receive the free order of chips & queso. No coupon is required.
“To celebrate the grand opening of our first Roseville location and Qdoba’s ongoing expansion in the Detroit area, we’re thrilled to be able to give back to the customers who have contributed to our success,” said Kim Houghton, regional manager of Detroit-area Qdoba restaurants. “In addition to supporting Michigan’s economy by adding restaurants and creating jobs, Qdoba plans to support local organizations such as The Autism Society of Michigan, The Arthritis Foundation, and VegMichigan, as well as a wide variety of community programs such as schools, charity chapters and parks and recreation programs.”
The 600th restaurant is a milestone in Qdoba’s growth, which has been consistent since it opened its first restaurant in Denver in 1995. Qdoba now has restaurants in 42 states and the District of Columbia. Michigan has been one of Qdoba’s strongest growth states in recent years with seven restaurants opening and three additional restaurants scheduled to open in 2012.
