KANSAS CITY, Mo., April 15 /PRNewswire/-- Qdoba Mexican Grill, one of the nation's hottest concepts in quality fast-casual cuisine, announces plans to spice up the Kansas City dining scene with the opening of its very first franchise location in Kansas City and the state of Missouri. Located at 3895 State Line Road, the restaurant is scheduled to open for business on Monday, April 19. Seating 66 customers inside, along with an additional 36 outdoor patio seats, the location will be operated by the franchise group KS-Mexican Grill, which holds the rights to develop 16 additional Qdoba stores in the Kansas City market and the state of Kansas. KS-Mexican Grill chief operating officer Darin Harris is a veteran franchise developer, most recently as a franchisee of Papa John's Pizza. He also recently served as vice president of franchise development for Captain D's Seafood. "We are really excited to offer the people of Kansas City a new and unique taste in the fast-casual Mexican scene," says Darin Harris, Qdoba's Kansas City franchisee.
