Qdoba Mexican Grill opens 500th restaurant

To celebrate the opening of Qdoba Mexican Grill's 500th restaurant in Centennial, Colo., Qdoba will give away free entrees to the first 500 people who enter the new restaurant the day of the opening, scheduled for Sept. 8.

The 500th restaurant is a milestone in Qdoba's history, which began in 1995 when its first location opened at 5th Ave. and Grant St. in Denver. Now, Qdoba has locations in 42 states and the District of Columbia.

Qdoba's popular signature flavors such as Ancho Chile BBQ, Three-Cheese Queso and Fajita Ranchera will be featured on the menu at the new restaurant, along with the concept's new Classic Street Tacos, which highlight Qdoba's homage to its artisanal, handcrafted, authentic roots.
