Qdoba intros new queso flavors

Qdoba Mexican Grill is adding two new queso flavors to its menu. The new Queso Diablo and Queso Verde, both drawing inspiration from Qdoba's original 3-Cheese Queso, will launch in participating restaurants Feb. 10, for a limited time, according to a company press release.

The new Queso Diablo features a blend of fiery jalapenos and smoky chipotles, while Queso Verde blends cilantro and lime juice. Both new Quesos use Qdoba's 3-Cheese Queso as their base.

"Our 3-Cheese Queso is the most popular item on our menu and something we know our guests share an unwavering passion for," said Ted Stoner, head chef and director of menu development for Qdoba. "So when we were looking for inspiration for new menu items, we needed to look no further than our own menu."
