Proper Food to open NYC location

Proper Food, founded in 2013 in San Francisco, will open its first New York City location later this month, according to a press release. 

In New York, Proper Food will be donating to Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, a New York-based non-profit that provides leftover meals to local homeless shelters.

The menu, handcrafted with sustainably sourced ingredients, is expertly curated by Founding Executive Chef Juan Muñoz. Muñoz applies his Michelin Star fine dining background to create each dish.

Proper Food in New York City will be the brand's tenth location. It has nine stores in San Francisco.
