Project Juice, a certified organic, cold-pressed juice and clean food company, is opening its newest concept, the Project Juice Test Kitchen, this month at 364 Hayes St. in San Francisco’s Hayes Valley neighborhood.

The new concept and location supports the Project Juice team’s mission to help customers feel awesome through the power of exceptional juice and clean food, said Greg Malsin, Project Juice co-founder and director of the Northern California retail. The menu will feature several new categories including superfood bowls, breakfast bowls, and cold drinks on tap, in addition to the company’s signature certified non-GMO cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies and grab-and-go-foods. Many new products will come via collaborations with local artisans, including gluten-free baked goods from Jane, tea from Samovar and coffee from Sightglass. All items served will be dairy, gluten, peanut and soy-free.

"As our industry evolves at lightning speed, we want to continue to be at the forefront in product quality, safety and most importantly, innovation," Malsin said. "The Project Juice Test Kitchen will allow us to incubate new ideas and products before launching them across multiple locations."
