Potbelly Sandwich Shop opens another Little Rock location

Ryan Hamra will open his second Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Little Rock in early 2017 as part of a four-unit franchise deal the Little Rock resident signed with the concept, according to a press release.

"Ryan is a perfect representation of the type of franchisee we're looking to work with," Chris Birkenshaw, senior director of domestic franchising for Potbelly Sandwich Shop, said in the release. "Potbelly is very careful about the owners and operators who franchise with us and we're happy to see Ryan find such success in Little Rock."

Hamra will be assisted by general manager Kevin Barnes, and they will oversee operations, the hiring process and booking local musicians, according to the release.

"There couldn't be a more ideal time to open our second location in Little Rock," said Hamra. "The Potbelly demand is high in downtown Little Rock and we are excited to extend our vibes further throughout the area."
