Pokeatery to open in North Carolina before year's end

Pokeatery, a Hawaiian inspired fast casual, will open its first East Coast location before the end of the year in Charlotte, North Carolina, according to a press release. 

Pokeatery was founded by husband-and-wife duo and restaurant industry veterans, Joann and Derek Chung. 

The upcoming Charlotte store joins four existing Pokeatery locations, three in Northern California and one in Austin, Texas.
