East Coast pizza chain &pizza has launched a new loyalty program called Dead Presidents Club in partnership with Thanx. This program aims to boost customer engagement through a tiered system with personalized rewards, according to a press release.
The program features three tiers — Washington (bronze), Lincoln (silver) and Benjamin (gold) — offering increasing benefits like free pizzas, birthday rewards, and exclusive merchandise.
Thanx's technology allows &pizza to tailor rewards based on individual buying habits.
&pizza aims to connect with customers on a deeper level by offering rewards beyond just discounts.
"When we established &pizza, our vision was to create a concept that stands for and represents the greater good," &pizza SVP of marketing Patrick Barry said in the press release. "Through our new loyalty program, the team aims to communicate this message to a more widespread audience, continuously engaging our valued guests who believe in the brand and its morals."
The Dead Presidents Club is available through the brand's new iOS and Android app.
This revamped program signifies &pizza's attempt to strengthen customer loyalty and drive repeat business through a combination of tiered rewards, personalization and a focus on brand values.
