Pincho Factory introduces Chimichurri Burger

Miami-based Pincho Factory announced its "Chimichurri Burger" as the July Chalkboard Menu special. Consumers can order the burger throughout July, according to a company press release. 

The burger features a beef patty topped with provolone cheese, tomatoes, grilled onions and red peppers and Pincho’s signature chimichurri crema sauce between a butter toasted brioche bun.

"There's no better way to celebrate the summer season than with our July Chalkboard special, the Chimichurri Burger," Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer Otto Othman, said in the release.

Pincho Factory, founded in 2010, has 10 units.
