Paytronix Systems Inc, a provider of reward program solutions to restaurants and retailers, announced that the Pie Five Pizza Circle of Crust loyalty program, which is built on the Paytronix Rewards Platform, has attracted more than 500,000 participants in less than two years and had over 90 percent growth in same-store membership in 2015.
"The Paytronix Rewards Platform enables Pie Five Pizza to extend its unique and quirky brand voice to the Circle of Crust rewards program and successfully target and engage with its millennial base," said Christina Coy, vice president of Marketing for Pie Five Pizza Co. "The more we use the program to survey members, the more the Circle of Crust also becomes a consumer research group that truly makes our members a part of the brand experience."
The company currently has more than 80 locations in 24 states and the District of Columbia, according to a company press release.
Introduced in August 2013, when Pie Five Pizza had only 11 locations, the Circle of Crust program has allowed the company to get to know its customers from the launch of its brand. A centrally-managed, turnkey marketing program, Circle of Crust also helps Pie Five Pizza franchisees differentiate their stories from other pizza chains and to drive traffic. Franchisees automatically get 600 to 1,000 members for each new store they open.
With the data-driven Paytronix Reward Platform, the Pie Five Pizza Circle of Crust rewards program has achieved:
