Pie Five Pizza will open its newest restaurant in Sterling, Virginia, on Friday. This will be the brand's second location in the Virginia/Washington, DC, market.
Its first opened in Richmond, Virginia, in May.
The Sterling restaurant is located in the Sugarland Plaza Shopping Center. A grand opening will be held with food and merchandise giveaways and a ribbon cutting ceremony. Franchisee Alyse Cohen will also present a check to Delete Blood Cancer DKMS, a nonprofit organization that works to delete blood cancer.
"When people visit a Pie Five for the first time, their reactions typically range from 'I can really have all the toppings I want?' to 'that sure was fast,' to a simple 'Wow!'" Cohen said in a news release. "They love the fact that they can design their pie their way and never worry about how much it’s going to cost. We're excited to share this exciting new pizza experience with the people of Sterling, and happy to support a wonderful charity like DKMS in the process."
