P.F. Chang's China Bistro appoints new CMO

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc., which operates fast-casual Pei Wei, announced the appointment of Tim McDougall as chief marketing officer.

 

As CMO, McDougall will be responsible for developing a comprehensive brand strategy for the company's three restaurant concepts, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Pei Wei Asian Diner and Taneko Japanese Tavern.
