Penn Station wins Cincinnati 'best of' list

Penn Station East Coast Subs has been awarded the honor "Best in Cincinnati" in three food categories: Best Cheesesteak, Best French Fries and Best Sub Sandwiches.

The Best of Cincinnati poll was conducted in February by print and Web publication City Beat. There were more than 18,000 votes cast, making this the largest poll in the award's 14 years of existence.

Chipotle also won top spot in the categories of of Best Burritos/Wraps and Best Takeout while Five Guys was named Best New Restaurant.

In February, Penn Station also was ranked in the Top 10 on Sandelman & Associates 2009 Quick-Track Awards of Excellence survey. Penn Station was rated in the survey as one of 10 chains that received a rate of "excellent" overall in the Quick-Track study.
