Penn Station testing cold deli subs

CINCINNATI — Penn Station East Coast Subs has created five new Cold Deli Classic subs to compliment its current menu of 12 hot-grilled-to-order subs. The new Cold Deli Classics are currently being tested in the Louisville market in anticipation of a system-wide rollout in all 205 Penn Station restaurants scheduled for July and August of 2009.
The new line features a cold Italian, a cold Club and a "create your own" cold Dagwood sandwich. The Tuna Salad and Chicken Salad sandwiches are now featured as part of the new cold line.
