Prior to that, Lansing was vice president marketing flagship brands at The Hershey Company where she was responsible for the company's flagship Reese's(R), Hershey(R)'s, and Hershey(R)'s Kisses(R) brands. She holds a master of business administration from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College.
