Pat & Oscar's extends menu with spinach salad

Pat & Oscar's Restaurants has introduced a fresh take on a customer favorite — the spinach salad. Always a summertime staple, the Pat & Oscar's spinach salad has a unique twist: Sweet Bacon Dressing.

"Guests love the fresh flavors that go into our spinach salad and the opportunity to mix up their dining choices; we're thrilled to combine all those favorite tastes with a new element — real bacon," said Greg Schroeppel, executive chef at Pat & Oscar's.

The Pat & Oscar's spinach and bacon salad features baby spinach, grape tomatoes, red onions, real bacon bits, crumbled hard-boiled eggs and robust bleu cheese crumbles, all tossed in a sweet bacon dressing.

The spinach and bacon salad is available in three sizes: small ($8.99), medium ($11.99) and large ($14.99). The salad will be available in all Pat & Oscar's locations starting July 1.
