Panera looks north to expand

Financial Post (Canada): Panera Bread Co., has announced its plans to expand into Canada this year.
"We think that Canada is a great market and [Panera] has something special and unique to bring to it," said company spokeswoman Julie Somers.
Panera is looking to open its first Canadian location in Toronto by the end of the year and has been scouting other locations in Ontario.
