Panda Restaurant Group deploys solution to capture tax credits

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. has selected Incentives Advisors' Incentives+ tax credit screening solution to identify tax credits and incentives available in the job application process.

Panda Restaurant group will use the solution to screen candidates applying for jobs through the PRG website at any of its 1,400 restaurants throughout the U.S.

IA is a business unit of Workstream Inc. Its turnkey solution was developed to turn HR departments into profit centers by obtaining all of the tax credits and incentives available.

Millions of dollars in annual hiring credits go unclaimed each year as it can be a complex process to screen for and capture federal, state, and local incentive programs. IA's 30-second questionnaire screens for all of these programs upfront during the application process. This eliminates 90 percent of the paperwork normally associated with tax credit screening.

The hiring manager or recruiter is notified regarding candidates who are eligible for incentives before interviewing or hiring.

A successful screening program ensures every candidate is presented with the screening questionnaire and tax credit forms are signed and submitted to the appropriate state agency within 28 days of hire.
