Panchero's opens first N.C. location

The Business Journal: The firstPanchero's Mexican Grillin North Carolina has opened there, with 10 more locations expected to open throughout the state in the next two years.

 

Owner Ron Hezar also owns and operates five Subway restaurants in the Greensboro, N.C., region.
