Pancheros Mexican Grill launches third Minnesota location

Bob Thomson, owner of two existing Panchero franchises in Minnesota, is opening his third location at  284 57thAvenue, in Fridley, Minnesota on June 21.

A week later, to celebrate the opening, Pancheros will offer $1 burritos from 4 p.m. to  6 p.m.

"My business partners and I have a proven dynamic that will allow us to continue to grow the Pancheros footprint in Minneapolis and St. Paul," said Thomson in a press release. The company is planning to have an additional 10 restaurants open across the U.S. this year.
