Pancheros Mexican Grill gears up for North Carolina

Pancheros Mexican Grill plans to open three restaurants in Cary, North Carolina over the next several years. The multi-unit agreement with Cary resident, William Castaneda, marks the brand's entrance into the state, according to a press release.

"Pancheros has an incredibly loyal fan following … attracting almost a cult-like set of admirers. It will take just one bite of our fresh-pressed tortillas and our grilled ingredients to win over the Triangle," said Castaneda in the release. He co-owns a Golden Corral location in Cary and won an honor from the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association for his management of the restaurant

In addition to the upcoming restaurants in the Cary market, Pancheros has several more openings planned for 2019, including restaurants in Texas and Minnesota.
