Pancheros Mexican Grill expands leadership ranks

Pancheros Mexican Grill is expanding its leadership roles and its management with the addition of a social media manager position.

Nanette Beiner, formerly director of real estate for the concept, is taking on an expanded role as chief administrative officer, leading accounting, HR, benefits and technology, according to a press release. She will also provide real estate support to corporate leaders and franchisees.

The brand has also promoted Ryan Murrin, previously vice president of marketing, to vice president of marketing and franchise development. Alexis Pueblas has been hired to fill the social media role and define social media strategy.
