Pancheros launches vegetarian menu item

Pancheros Mexican Grill has launched its first vegetarian menu item, the tofusada.

"We love hearing from our fans and jumped at the chance to find a vegetarian protein option that even our meat-eating customers will enjoy," said Rodney Anderson president of Pancheros, in a release.

Tofusada is now available at all 26 locations.
