Organic To Go opens flagship Seattle location

SEATTLE — Organic fast casual chain Organic To Go has opened a flagship café in Seattle, which features an open-market feel and a larger footprint than other Organic To Go Cafés in the area. The new restaurant is located at 1001 Fourth Ave.
In addition to traditional Organic To Go café offerings such as soups, sandwiches, salads and snacks, the new location also offers an expanded menu including custom organic personal pizzas, hamburgers and hot dogs, made-to-order pasta and hot or cold sandwiches, a 16-foot salad bar and an organic juice and smoothie station.
