Clorder Inc., a developer of a cloud-based food ordering solution designed to help restaurants enhance their online presence, has added 100 new clients since the beginning of the year, according to a company press release.
Clorder, which launched in 2012, has been working closely with 400 individually owned and chain restaurants nationwide on the deployment of software solutions and online services that allow its clients to better engage with their customers, said Satish Varma, Clorder co-founder.
“Our software solutions and online services are helping our clients improve information accuracy across all online channels while further solidifying their online presence,” Varma said. “This allows restaurant operators to significantly grow their businesses as they build and own their brand and become intimately familiar with their customers’ habits, tastes and their preferences.
“When gathering and applying information using Clorder’s cloud solutions, restaurants can differentiate themselves through customized programs specifically targeted to their customers.”
Versailles, a Cuban chain with four locations in Southern California, has partnered with Clorder and is happy with the outcome, said Jordan Garcia, Versailles COO.
“Clorder has quickly helped our restaurants streamline processes for takeout orders, resulting in better accuracy, faster service and increased efficiencies in to-go orders overall,” Garcia said. “Now, we are better positioned to launch our delivery services to complement our to-go and in-house dining options. Also, Clorder’s abilities to seamlessly integrate our social media presence and manage our efforts across social channels have helped increase our business. These two initiatives alone are fast-proving both the benefits of working with Clorder as well as the importance of its offering to the future growth of our restaurant chain.”
