On the Menu: Cajun shrimp is back at McAlister's and Green Leaf's adds quinoa

What's new on menus this week? McAlister's Deli is bringing back Cajun Shrimp for a limited time through April 2 and Green Leaf’s restaurants have added Sesame Asian Quinoa to the menu for a limited time.

It's a quiet week for menus, with only two brands making additions to their offerings. Here's the two:

McAlister's Deli is bringing back Cajun Shrimp for a limited time through April 2.

McAlister’s Cajun Shrimp Po Boy features Creole-seasoned shrimp laid over a baguette with lettuce, tomatoes, coleslaw and creamy remoulade sauce. Customers also can order McAlister’s Cajun Shrimp tossed with Romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing, which can be served as either a wrap or salad.

McAlister’s has also launched the "For the Love of Shrimp" sweepstakes where one fan will win a trip for two to New Orleans.

Now through Feb. 28, fans can visit McAlister’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/TeaFreaks or www.mcalistersdeli.com/loveofshrimp to enter once a day for a chance to win a $25 McAlister’s gift card and be entered to win the grand prize: a trip for two to "The Big Easy," including roundtrip airfare, two-night hotel stay and $500 cash.

Villa Enterprises Management, announced Green Leaf’s restaurants have added Sesame Asian Quinoa to the menu for a limited time.

Guests can add the quinoa to their Pick & Mix Salad with the new Honey Sesame Quinoa Topping or a Sesame Asian Quinoa Wrap with a low-carb flour tortilla, spinach leaves, cucumber, pickled onion and wasabi dressing.
