Olo and Conversable are teaming up to bring a new option in social ordering and messaging to the restaurant industry.
Customers can place orders using messenger applications like Facebook Messenger, Twitter and Kik, and a link to a secure payment server is provided. It has been successfully integrated into Wingstop's 900 locations.
"With conversational ordering, Wingstop is able to engage our exceptionally social customers with a fun and convenient way to place orders within the social channels where they live and play," said Flynn Dekker, CMO, Wingstop, in a release.
"Olo's focus on innovation and commitment to constantly improving the end customer experience makes them a perfect partner for Conversable. Leveraging the Conversable platform will provide a new level of convenience for Olo deployed customers and allow ordering directly in the messaging channels their customers prefer,” said Ben Lamm, CEO and co-founder of Conversable, in a release.
