Research by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) reveals that restaurant employees feel proud about working in the industry, whether they are full- or part-time.

Additionally, more than nine of out 10 employees age 35 to 64 are proud to work in the industry and 78 percent of employees under age 18 also feel this way.
