NRA board member joins Caribou Coffee

MINNEAPOLIS — The Caribou Coffee Company Inc. announced Rosalyn "Roz" Mallet, chief operating officer of la Madeleine French Bakery, Cafe and Bistro, has joined the Caribou Coffee board of directors.

 

According to a news release, Mallet is responsible for the day-to-day operations of 65 la Madeleine bakery-cafes, serves on the board of directors of the National Restaurant Association and is the lead director on the board of Share Our Strength, a national organization whose mission is to end childhood hunger.
