Nothing but Noodles heads to N.Y.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Nothing but Noodles has announced it will enter the central New York market in 2008.

Syracuse, N.Y.-based Fresh Concept Group LLC recently purchased the development rights to the Syracuse and Rochester territories. It plans to open three to five restaurants in the Syracuse region and five to seven in the Rochester region.

"We are in the process of securing our first location, which we will be franchising under an affiliated company," said Patrick Hummel, a partner with Fresh Concept Group LLC. The goal is to sell the franchise rights for the remaining targeted areas within each region.

Hummel is looking for new investors interested in purchasing one or more franchises to continue the growth within the Syracuse and Rochester markets.
