Nothing But Noodles goes gourmet
November 19, 2007
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Nothing but Noodles has announced the launch of three new gourmet chicken dishes to its menu offerings: Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parmesan and Chicken Picatta.
Each dish features:
Chicken Marsala — Lightly floured boneless, skinless breasts of chicken sautéed with freshly sliced mushrooms and smothered with a rich marsala sauce, served atop a bed of bowtie pasta.
Chicken Parmesan — Boneless chicken breasts, lightly breaded then baked with a homemade marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. All served atop a mound of traditional spaghetti noodles.
Chicken Picatta — Tender chicken breasts, lightly floured and cooked in a sauce of white wine, tomatoes, capers and a specialty lemon cream sauce, served atop a heap of bowtie pasta.
"As founding chef of this concept, I am constantly looking for ways to keep our menu offerings fresh and irresistible," said Todd Welker, Nothing but Noodles co-founder. "We try to mix up the variety of our menu at least once every quarter."
