Nothing but Noodles expands to Canada

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Fast casual noodle concept Nothing but Noodles has signed a deal to enter the Canadian market in 2009.
Partners Suresh Patel and Sachin Patel have purchased the development rights in the Toronto area, with plans to expand throughout other areas in Ontario. Their first location is expected to open in May.
