Nothing But Noodles continues N.Y. expansion

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Noodles Development LP has announced the opening of its 19th Nothing but Noodles restaurant, in Dewitt, N.Y. The opening marks the third of six restaurants the company plans to open within the next eight months.
Fresh Concept Group LLC, a Syracuse, N.Y.-based company, recently purchased the developmental rights to the New York territories of Syracuse and Rochester. Patrick Hummel and his partners plan to sell the rights for the remaining targeted areas within each region through franchise partnerships with other investment groups, allowing for a total of 10 to 12 restaurants in the two regions over the next few years.
