Nothing But Noodles announces new store ownership

Scottsdale, Ariz. — Noodles Development LP has announced the sale of its two Nothing but Noodles restaurants in Albuquerque, N.M., to local entrepreneur Gerald Tabet.

Tabet is a real estate developer and builder for commercial properties in and around Albuquerque and New Mexico. He also is a business partner of several other QSR concepts.

Tabet is in the very beginning stages of opening a third location, which will be located in Rio Rancho. He also is actively seeking two other strategic locations in Albuquerque. His goal is to open 10 to 12 Nothing but Noodles restaurants throughout the state over the next few years, five to seven of those being in Albuquerque.
