DENVER (June 16) - Noodles & Company, parent of nearly 90 fast-casual noodle shops, said it had signed two franchise deals to add restaurants in Indianapolis and Michigan.

DENVER (June 16)- Noodles & Company, parent of nearly 90 fast-casual noodle shops, said it had signed two franchise deals to add restaurants in Indianapolis and Michigan. Pasta Per Trio LLC of Grand Rapids, Mich. signed an area development deal to open 14 locations over the next five years in Lansing, East Lansing and the greater Grand Rapids region. Its first location is slated to open by the end of 2004. Noodles & Company already operates four shops in the Detroit area and has two units scheduled to open this summer in Ann Arbor. Sagamore Dining Partners Inc. said it planned to open 15 locations over the next five years in Indianapolis with the first location scheduled to open by 2005.
