Noodles & Company tests new Sandwich Duos menu offering

Noodles & Company restaurants in Colorado have introduced four Sandwich Duos to the menu, featuring the Mmmeatball, Wisconsin Cheesesteak, The Med and Spicy Chicken Caesar.

The Mmmeatball Duo was inspired from Spaghetti & Meatballs and includes five large meatballs, spicy marinara sauce and parmesan cheese on a ciabatta roll. The Wisconsin Cheesesteak Duo pays homage to the best-selling Wisconsin Mac & Cheese and includes sautéed beef, Mac & Cheese sauce, cheddar jack cheese, sautéed red onion, red bell pepper and mushrooms wrapped in flatbread.

On the lighter side, The Med Duo includes chicken, mushrooms, spinach, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, Zippy Med dressing, cilantro and feta on flat bread. It's also available as a vegetarian option. Finally, the Spicy Chicken Caesar is similar to the classic Caesar Salad. The sandwich features romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, parmesan cheese, tortilla strips and a spicy Caesar dressing on flatbread.

Each Sandwich Duo includes a side soup or salad, and ranges in price from $5.50 - $7.25. The Sandwich Duos are available in all Colorado, Ohio and Kentucky Noodles & Company restaurants, with plans to expand to additional markets this spring.
