Noodles & Company taps operations veteran as COO

Noodles & Company has tapped Victor Heutz as chief operations officer. Heutz has extensive experience in operations and franchise growth, most recently serving as VP of U.S. franchise operations for Buffalo Wild Wings.

Prior to Buffalo Wild Wings, Heutz held titles of VP of operations, Mid-Atlantic region at Starbucks and for Eastern USA for Cold Stone Creamery.

"Not only is Victor an accomplished executive, with more than 25 years of financial and multi-unit operational leadership experience, but I believe his enthusiasm and passion for excellence will be infectious in elevating our systemwide operations structure, while furthering our 'Made Different' brand positioning," said Kevin Reddy, chairman and CEO, in a release.
