Noodles & Company sets terms for $75M IPO

Colorado-based Noodles & Company, which has more than 300 units, has announced terms for its IPO, according to Nasdaq. The chain plans to raise $75 million by offering 5.4 million shares at a price range of $13 to $15. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Noodles & Company would command a fully diluted market value of $449 million, said the story.

Noodles & Company, which filed confidentially in March 2013, saw $312 million in sales for the 12 months ended April 2 and plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol NDLS. Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank are the deal's bookrunners.
